Our Team

Pastor Barry Absher, along with his wife Carlene, founded City on a Hill church in 2010. Married since 1994, they have faithfully served together in ministry, guided by a deep love for God and people. 

Pastor Barry has a passionate heart for preaching the message of God's grace and mercy, always with a distinctive Pentecostal touch. His mistiry focuses on reaching the lost, restoring broken lives, and raising up commited disciples for the Kingdom of God. He finds great joy in seeing individuals transformed by God's love and empowered to walk in his purpose.
